Eric Abramovich- Eric started his career on Wall Street at Deutsche Bank eventually serving as a portfolio manager running a stat-arb equity long/short strategy focused on Japan. In 2009, Eric and his partners spun out of Deutsche Bank to launch the world's largest hedge fund immediately after the financial crisis at $1.3billion. He had also started investing in distressed residential assets which eventually led to the formation of Roc360, one of the nation's leading vertically integrated lenders and capital provider to residential real estate investors, having originated nearly $7 Billion in loans to date. Eric holds a B.A. in Finance and Actuarial Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2003.
Glenn Brooks- President, Property Services Fay Financial, LLC- With more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, REO management, asset disposition, and lending. Glenn is an established and successful executive who is proficient with managing people and processes. As President of Property Services with Fay Financial, Glenn currently oversees REO, Genstone Realty, Genstone Management, E-Acquisitions and Constructive Renovations.
Ralph Pichardo- Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive- For ten years Ralph served as REO manager for large private equity firms and now with over 15 years of professional experience in mortgage and real estate, Ralph's main objective is to offer alternative mortgage products to help homeowners achieve the American Dream!
Theodore A, Topouzis- Judicial Foreclosure Litigation Attorney- Theodore graduate from New York Law School in 1993 and has been practicing real estate law ever since. He specializes in residential and commercial traditional closings with clients ranging from institutional lenders, local mortgage companies, realtors, and investors- as well as REO/Bank Owned closings. After leaving a well-known Florida law firm in 2001, he has been practicing privately and representing national servicers with the liquidation and sales of their real estate portfolios.
Todd Yovino- As a broker and owner of Island Advantage Realty, Todd has spent his 34-year tenure in the industry developing and perfecting systems for successful REO management and disposition. Having a robust presence in the retail real estate market, Mr. Yovino brings creative and current marketing strategies to the forefront of asset liquidation to support maximum execution of each asset. Being a prominent local residential builder, Mr. Yovino leverages his understanding of construction to develop innovative and highly effective repaired strategies to create additional lift for his valued clients.
