About Me
Susan Dicicco is a Vice President of Asset Management for Truman Capital Advisors, LP in New York. Susan has been in the REO/Default Management/Lending/Servicing/Foreclosure Industry for over 30 years. She held positions of Office Manager with The Logs Network in both their Tampa and New York Offices, worked in the servicing/lending/foreclosure and REO divisions of Superior Bank, GRP Financial Services and New Century Mortgage. These institutions operated in multiple states which provided a foundation to be experienced and knowledgeable within the industry nationally.
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies at Mercy College in New York. Her career in the industry started as early as high school with part -time jobs after school in a local real estate office typing MLS sheets to working for Fortune Federal Bank in the mortgage loan department preparing mortgage documents for recording where she actually delivered them as a runner to the courthouse. Although originally from New York, her career started in Florida which later brought her back to New York where she currently works and resides.
Susan’s current position at Truman Capital Advisors ranges in responsibilities from REO closer, tax supervisor, title supervisor wherein she manages and assigns title companies and attorneys to its REO portfolio. Truman Capital Advisors is actively involved in all aspects of their performing and non-performing residential properties from due diligence to closing. Susan was instrumental for the start-up of Truman’s in-house REO management division, Columbus Management where she has been employed for over 14 years.
She has been a member of REOMAC for over 20 years and currently sits on the Boards of the Nanuet Chamber of Commerce as the past president, is a Board Member of the Joint Chamber Alliance of Rockland and Junior Chamber of Commerce where she works closely with the students and Board of Education.
For the past 9 years she has been working with the local town and county officials for the Town of Clarkstown and County of Rockland where she resides to assist with projects for rezoning, beautification and development revitalization. Susan sits on the Clarkstown’s Transit Orientated Development Committee as well as the Clarkstown Police Reform Committee. She is currently assisting her State Senator on the newly formed Small Business Council to be a liaison for her community to address concerns for small businesses in the 38th District.
Susan is also dedicated to her community, as she was a past religious instructor for over 12 years, past PTA President and Vice President for over 14 years and sat on the local board for the Highview Playground rebuild. She continues to support and engage with local non-profits such as Meals on Wheels, Nanuet Civic Association, Nanuet & Beyond, People to People, Nanuet/West Nyack Rotary and Keep Rockland Beautiful.
