REOMAC Committees 

Education Committee

Chair: Rick Sharga


The education committee and sub-committees are responsible for oversight and direction on all educational offerings including both commercial and residential dinner meetings, annual events, webinars and online resources. REOMAC staff typically handle logistics, freeing the committee to focus on identifying content, speakers and resources for existing  and potential REOMAC members.

Foundation Committee

Chair: Stephanie See

If you strive to promote the importance of education, giving back and supporting those seeking higher education to achieve their goals this is the committee for you! The Foundation Committee is tasked with raising funds for the Foundation and its programs which always include scholarships for college students and may also include other worthwhile causes. 

Membership Committee

Serving on this committee is a great way to get to know REOMAC members and potential members quickly! The committee focuses on all recruitment and retention efforts for REOMAC, as well as assisting with the development and review of member surveys and outreach efforts.

Advocacy Committee

Co-Chairs: Karen Trimble and Donna LaPorte


This committee keeps a finger on the pulse of legislation at the national and state levels and shares that information with REOMAC members. The Committee may be called upon for position papers and insight as needed. 

Collaboration Committee 

Chair: Bryce Fendall


Are you interested in communication and developing strategic partnerships? If so, this is the committee for you! These volunteers are charged with providing guidance in the development of resources for REOMAC members that focus on the exchange of information (forums, etc.) and developing partnerships with sponsors and affiliated organizations.

Governance Committee

Chair: Bryce Fendall


This committee will ensure the accuracy and compliance of the Association’s governing documents, including the bylaws and Manual of Policies and Procedures.

Leadership Development & Nominations

Co-Chairs: Susan Dicicco and Patrick O'Malley


This group will focus on creating avenues, resources, and support for leadership development and identification leading up to being nominated for a REOMAC board position.

Finance Committee

Chair: Tom Anselmo


These volunteers must love numbers! Committee members will keep a close eye on REOMAC finances including review of monthly reports (provided by management) and tracking actuals against the budget, ensuring REOMAC is staying on target.
